Repair time is 5 to 15 business days.

If other Parts are needed that are not included above, we will contact you with a price quote for those parts.

If we find the unit has liquid damage it will be reassemble and send it back not fixed and a 50% refund of invoice will be issued.

If we find the unit is bug infested we will stop bag it up & quarantine the unit for 1 or 2 weeks then check again to see if its ready for repair. We will refund 50% of your invoice if the bugs are not dead after 1 to 2 weeks of quarantine and send it back to you not fixed.

6 Month Warranty on Parts & Labor no physical damage is covered.
