If you have your own parts that's ok but we are not responsible for incompatibility.
 
If you need parts after we diagnose your unit we will contact you with a quote.
 
If your unit is not fixed (usually because customer supplied parts are used and faulty) after going thru the entire procedure of repair attempt you will receive a 50% refund on labor and 100% on any parts purchased from us and or promo code if you have not checked out yet before pickup or return of your unit. Unfixable jobs rarely happen maybe 1 or 2% of the time.
 
60 Day Warranty for original problem.
Warranty with your parts is through your manufacture/retailer.
Some parts warranties are voided after opening so please check if your supplying your own parts we are not responsible for voiding your warranty.
 
If this is a ship in job, please include a return label for us to ship it back.
We are not responsible for shipping, insurance or any other factor with the shipping process. If not included we will contact you with a quote + handling fee.
